Design idea of effectively reducing the contact resistance of connector!

1.Use highly conductive materials:

If brass or beryllium copper contacts are used in electrical connectors,their performance will not reach the best level due to the limited conductivity of these materials.Therefore,it is very important to select materials that can provide a conductivity level close to 100%,as defined in the International Annealed Copper Standard(IACS).

2.Increase electrical contact surface area:

If the connector needs an electrical contact with ultra-low resistance,it is very important to design a product that can enlarge the surface area of the electrical contact.It is a closed inlet design for the female contact,with external pressure elements,which can completely separate the mechanical action from the electrical action.In addition,the wiping length is longer than the traditional bifurcated contact.

3.Optimize the force between contact areas:

Electrical connectors provide greater electrical contact surface area and higher linear current density,which not only improves energy efficiency,but also provides an optimized interface for normal force.
